(PLEASE NOTE: this apartment has other three rentals available in the same building at property number #10522407, #10523179 and #8970617). This elegant and comfortable apartment does conciliate the centrality of the location with such a spacious and cozy flat: furnished in a very sophisticated Italian style and completed by with typical wood beamed ceilings provides a stunning atmosphere and envelopes visitors with a cozy holiday feeling. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge and stove. The bathroom includes a shower. Washing machine and hanging rack are available. Autonomous central heating and Air condition. Each room has a TV. The only thing that could have made it a 5 star, is if the floors were cleaner. Otherwise, it was great. The host was super helpful with our requests and replied very quickly to our emails. We would certainly recommend this place if you are looking to stay in the heart of Rome. The only tiny issue were the mosquitoes at night at the property. I wonder if the property owner is just somewhat confused as to what VBRO descriptions are??? It says it is a 2 bedroom property, but it is really a 1 bedroom property that has two queen beds in the bedroom and then there is a sofa sleeper in the common space. There is very limited seating in the property. There is no spa as noted in the description. However in another part of the description it does note a shower only. The "dryer" is a foldable clothes rack and not an electric dryer. I assumed it was a washer dryer combo, but I couldn't find a drying setting on the washer. The location was great as it was within walking distance of many sites. For our group it was not a big issue, but if you don't like to walk 15 minutes or more perhaps the location won't meet your needs. Great shopping and restaurants almost right outside the door. Somewhere that we could walk to most of the locations we needed to and that was cool at night when we slept. This location was perfect and offered exactly what we needed. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was cold. It is centrally located within easy walking distance of Vatican City, Castle Sant’Angelo, The Pantheon, The Colosseum and The Roman Forum. There are great places to dine and drink all over central Rome and this place provided easy access to everything. We felt very safe and comfortable here ##### Nick Y. Easy to park a scooter in the via. Close to many famous landmark and restaurants (osteria di ponte was 2 mins by walk and was our fave). Clean, big and very authentic. Ceilings in stones, woods, ceramic. It smelled a bit humid, but nothing to refrain us to rent the location again in the future. Laundry machine on location was handy and appeciated. It was damp, even the beds felt damp. The mattresses were very thin and not very comfortable.The location was good for the places we wanted to visit. ##### William M.
