This apartment is 80 sqm and it has been remodeled, elegantly furnished and includes tromp l’oeil painted by the owner. The apartment is located in a 12th Century building protected by the Ministry of "Belle Arti", for this reason the entrance door of the building and the access stairs cannot be touched and modernized. Inside you will find: 2 Bedrooms: \- Master bedroom with a queen/king size bed (cm 170x 200) \- Second bedroom with a queen size bed (can be divided in 2 single beds) 2 bathrooms : Shower, sink, WC (bidet is incorporated in WC) A completely organized kitchen if you would like to prepare your meals, dinning table for 4\. We really enjoyed our stay. The apt. Was centrally located and we were able to walk to almost everything! There are plenty of good restaurants, coffee shops, and gelato nearby as well as a grocery store. It was very handy to be able to do laundry so we didn’t have to pack a lot. Dec 30, 2015 #### We entirely enjoyed Walter, the apartment and the area! We are extremely happy with our stay at this lovely, well kept apt. The location was everything they said and even better in our eyes. It was easy to get around to many sites and very close to the Vatican, the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. The central location was ideal, and we enjoyed the neighborhood and following Walter's excellent restaurant and sightseeing recommendations. The apartment was clean, charming and had everything we needed. They made up the second bedroom with twin beds, which was great for our teens who don't like to share a bed. And the master bedroom was spacious.
