Walking distance to Campo dei Fiori, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps, the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo. This property is furnished with elegance and completed with antique furniture. This apartment features a large living room and a comfortable sofa bed and pouf. On one corner, the book shelf and the desk offered Rome's guide. After you will find a fully equipped kitchenette with the dining area. Close by the very cozy bedroom. Can not really capture its guests. °°°°° Lungotevere Dei Sangallo is less than 2 minutes away by walking. There are 15 bus lines that stop here, including lines 23, 46, 62, 64, 98 and 280\. These buses travel throughout Rome. The Acciaioli bus stop is located 5 minutes away by walking along Via Acciaioli. This connects to lines 40, 46, 62, 64, 190F and 916, which travel throughout Rome. The nearest train station is Rome St. Peter's, located less than 15 minutes away via bus line 64. ############################################ It can be reached either from the Fiumicino airport (20 minutes) or from Ciampino (40 minutes). From both you can access trains or buses that lead to Termini Station. From there you can take the bus n. 64 or 40 express stop in Corso Vittorio and after 50 m walk you arrive at the apartment. A private transport service is available from the airports at home for € 45. Bus stops n. 64, as well as the taxi rank are just a few meters away from Vicolo Orbitelli. Charming apartment, very quiet, equipped with every comfort in the ancient heart of the Michelangelesque Rome, from which the major archaeological and museum sites of the city can be reached on foot. It is located on the first floor of a building of the '700, corner with Via Giulia the road designed by Bramante for Pope Julius II, just renovated, parquet floor and furnished with antiques, is equipped with heating and air conditioning. It consists of a bedroom with bathroom, kitchen equipped with oven, washing machine, fridge, kettle, living room with double sofa and fine furniture. The view, very bright, is extremely quiet, while a few minutes walk, crossing Via Giulia, you get to Campo dei Fiori, at night the trendiest square of the city ... and during the day the typical local market open where to buy fresh fruit and vegetables. L’appartement est dans son jus mais fonctionnel, quelques petits arrangements à prévoir pour que cela soit confortable pour 4 personnes. Nous avons eu un souci avec le chauffe eau mais elle a été très réactive et ce fut réglé dans la journée. De nombreux bus passent au pied de l’appartement. Il est calme malgré la position hyper centrale. Si nous revenons à Rome nous relouerons cet appartement ##### Eugenie T. Séjour de 7 nuits en octobre 2024 ### 8/10 – Bien #### mareike l. 12 nov. 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Traumhafte Lage und schnuckelige Wohnung Die Wohnung (Wohnzimmer, winzige Küchenecke im Flur, Schlafzimmer und dahinter Bad mit Badewanne und Bidet) ist schnuckelig und hat eine traumhafte Lage in der Altstadt, die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und bemüht bei jeder Frage. Für Deutsche etwas ungewohnt war die gemeinsame Decke (ohne Inlay) und das etwas improvisierte kleine Bad. ##### mareike l. You could not ask for a better location, the restaurant 3 doors down is charming, family owned and delicious. Almost anything you’d like to see or do is walking distance. Note: Uber will not come directly to this narrow street, but they’ll get you close. This is NOT a 2 bedroom, there are two rooms, the livingroom has a pullout sofa. The unit itself is a bit older & kind of awkward. We had some plumbing issues… kitchen faucet literally fell off in our hand etc. But they were super responsive and had it resolved the next day. Beware if wifi is crucial, we were constantly dropped from our often <1 gig, it made trying to work an absolute nightmare. Be prepared to unplug, there is no tv or radio. Overall, for the price it’s not terrible, but if you’re looking for something nicer, maybe not for you. That said, they just recently began short term rentals and I’m sure they’ll be making some much needed improvements. ##### Amanda D. All appliances and amenities were in perfect working condition. Apartment was also walking distance to many attractions in/near Rome including Vatican City, the Roman Colosseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and countless bars and restaurants/nightlife. Our host was able to provide recommendations for our stay and then stayed in contact with us via Whatsapp throughout to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. I would absolutely stay here again when traveling to Rome.
