PAS GERENOVEERD IN AUGUSTUS 2022!  
  
Het huis ligt op slechts 200 meter van het Colosseum en is gerenoveerd met Italiaanse designmeubels om gasten de beste ervaring in het hart van de Eeuwige Stad te garanderen.  
  
Het appartement is 85 m² groot en beschikt over een woonkamer met een slaapbank, twee comfortabele tweepersoonssuites en twee badkamers, waarvan één en-suite.  
  
Het huis beschikt over high-speed WiFi, self check-in technologie en airconditioning in alle kamers.  
  
The Space:  
  
De hele flat is gerenoveerd met de nadruk op het verminderen van de milieu-impact: waterbesparende kranen, energiebesparende verlichting, en recyclagebakken.  
  
Alle kamers in het huis hebben nieuwe geluiddichte ramen en deuren, high-speed Wi-Fi, LAN-netwerk in alle kamers, airconditioning, radiatoren en LED-verlichting.  
  
In de woonkamer met open keuken van Scavolini staat een grote bank, verlicht door een Scandinavische staande lamp. Het eetgedeelte is uitstekend verlicht en de tafel is ook geschikt voor diners voor 6 personen.  
  
Door de vele lichtpunten in de lichtkamer kunnen naar behoefte verschillende sferen worden gecreëerd.  
  
 De comfortabele bank is snel om te bouwen tot een uiterst comfortabel bed voor twee extra gasten.  
  
De keuken is volledig uitgerust: vaatwasser, fornuis met inductiekookplaat Nespresso koffiezetapparaat, waterkoker, keukengerei, serviesgoed, koelkast, vriezer en een moderne magnetron.  
  
De tweepersoonskamers genieten van een uitstekende natuurlijke verlichting, evenals LED-spots.  
  
Een van de twee kamers biedt een uniek uitzicht op de beroemde 12e-eeuwse Basiliek van San Clemente.  
  
De tweede kamer heeft een comfortabele en-suite badkamer.  
  
De kussens en de nieuwste antibacteriële geheugenmatrassen garanderen de gasten de beste rust en hygiëne. Grote driedeurskasten met binnenspiegels, een bureau, bagagerek en 43-inch full HD smart TV completeren de inrichting.

Zowel de flatdeur als de veiligheidsdeur bij de ingang van de flat zijn uitgerust met self check-in technologie via keypad.  
  
Het huis is gelegen in het historische centrum, maar net buiten de verboden verkeerszone (ZTL).
