Located on the fifth floor (with elevator and one flight of stairs), it is very bright and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a large living room with dining area, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable double bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two separate beds), a bathroom and a beautiful terrace. The area is well served: the bus and metro stops are a few meters away. In the nearby Via Candia there are many shops, restaurants and supermarkets and a 5 minute walk you can reach the Trionfale Market where you can find fresh products every morning. Ensoleillée, joli terrasse donnant sur les toits, bien meublé. Tout le nécessaire pour y vivre en famille existe, linge de maison, vaisselle, machine, tout est propre, ... Il est très bien situé, proche de tout, des monuments, de la station de tram, des resto, café, magasins, ... Et puis la personne en charge est extrêmement gentille. C'est Emanuele qui nous a donné bcp d'infos, de bons plans ... et on le remercie. Par contre, si on vous propose par le site de prendre une résa de taxi, ce n'est pas nécessaire. Nous n'avons pas trouvé de taxi à l'accueil car notre demande, malgré qu'elle ait été confirmée par retour mail n'a pas été prise en charge et on a du attendre plus d'une heure à l'aéroport. En plus le tarif était plus cher que le tarif homologué (55 euros aller simple). Le mieux et moins cher est de prendre un taxi à l'arrivée à l'aéroport, le prix est fixé à 48 euros pour un taxi pour 4 personnes avec 4 bagages. bonnes vacances ##### Nadia C. This apartment was clean and a nice place to stay for just two nights, however, I wish I could’ve found something closer the Trevi fountain area because that is where all the attractions are and great restaurants I found. The apartment is right by Vatican City though if that is what your priority is. The apartment is definitely a lot more dingy than the photos suggest. Overall, a good enough place and the people that run it are extremely helpful and nice, but I would search for something a bit better if I could go back to when I was booking this place. ##### Carly D. The location was wonderful and so close to the Ottaviano metro stop that we could easily get to anywhere in the city. The patio was marvelous, and we enjoyed coffee out there in the morning and wine at night. We found several; fabulous ristorantes nearby, and shopped at both the massive mercato just down the street, and the grocery store just a couple blocks away. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom was of a decent size, and the elevator -- while small -- served our purposes very well. Emanuele checked us in, and he was very thorough in explaining things to us, and showing us all the major attractions in the city. One note: be wary of scammers at Termini, and pickpockets on the trains. They tried to rob both of us, but because we were wary they didn't get anything. If you're considering renting this apartment, do it. You'll be glad you did. ##### Reed B. The roof terrace is a wonderful bonus, and the layout worked well for our family of four (two young children). It’s a very short walk from St Peter’s and even closer to the local metro stop. Our only complaint was that the kitchen could haven been better equipped (couldn’t find good knives for cooking). Worth mentioning that the lift doesn’t go quite to the top of the building where this flat is, but that wasn’t a problem for us. Would definitely stay there again. ##### Rachel B. Ruhige Wohnung, kaum Geräusche aus anderen Wohnungen. Wir fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl, da von 3 Räumen aus die wunderbare Terrasse erreichbar war. Wir hatten zum Teil sehr warmes Wetter, dadurch standen meistens alle Terrassentüren offen. Auf der Terrasse ist es sehr ruhig. In der Küche gibts einen kleinen Geschirrspüler und einen grossen Kühlschrank. Der Herd ist gasbetrieben. Alles essentielle ist vorhanden. Neueres Bad. Die Wohnung ist bis auf die letzte Etage per Minilift erreichbar. Die letzten 2 Treppen muss man zu Fuss überwinden. We, three adults, had a fantastic week in the apartment. Everything was like in the advertisment. Within 5 minutes you reach the underground and lots of buses and in a 10 minutes walk we were at St.Peter. We once used that fact to be there very early to avoid the queuing, that was brilliant. The apartment itself gives you the feeling of a private room, with lovely pictures, books and good furniture to feel at home and comfortble. In the citchen you found everything, they had salt, pepper, oliveoil and even coffee for us to use, in the bathroom soap and shampoo. Yes, we loved the terrasse, too, to sit in the sun having tea or even breakfast (in February!!) It really is a very nice, quiet appartement to stay in, we hope to come back. ##### Peter F. The location was perfect for people who want to experience the area around the Vatican. There’s also great shopping and restaurants. Apartment is very nice and clean. Has all the amenities.
