The building has been entirely renovated about a decade ago. It is acoustically isolated, and equipped with air condition in every room. It can accomodate up to 6 guests with 1 bedroom & large living room. We couldn’t have asked for a better host, Andrea was an excellent communicator and attentive. He arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport, which we highly recommend. The apartment was exactly as advertised and within walking distance to the Colosseum, Vatican and Parthenon. Andrea was very responsive to all of my questions, arranged for transportation from the airport and met us at check-in to show us around the apartment. Lots of space which was great. Building A/C was turned off for the fall but luckily there was a standing fan that we moved into the bedroom. Thank you Andrea! ##### Michelle M. Our amazing host, Andrea, and his associate, Nikoo, greeted us for check-in.The apartment was larger than anticipated, quiet, and well appointed with everything we need, and is in a fantastic location both for walking to many of the top attractions and restaurants, as well as great bus and taxi access.
