Osteria Nuova is a quiet village that stands in the footsteps of the historic city of Galeria Antica, a stone's throw from Lake Bracciano and very well connected with Rome thanks to the FL3 railway line, easily reachable thanks to the bus lines 024 or 030, or with a relaxing walk in saddle on your bike that you can take by train to get around Rome. Perfect for those who want to spend a holiday a stone's throw from Rome, in a quiet and relaxing location. Not just for tourists! The apartment is located less than 500 meters from the Casaccia Research Center as well as the largest complex of ENEA laboratories and plants: "Body for New Energy and Environment Technologies", where research is carried out in the field of alternative energies, new technologies and the environment. Galeria Home is very suitable for those who, like doctoral students, researchers, trainees, external visitors, have to spend a working period in Aeneas and want to stay in the area without having to commute from Rome. The house is located on the ground floor of a three-storey building completely renovated and surrounded by a lovely and spacious courtyard with plants and lawn and elegantly furnished for relaxation. In the courtyard it is possible to park the car and two new bicycles are available to guests. The building is of a single owner who lives on the upper floors, and is inserted in a group of two or three-storey houses in a quiet and very peaceful area The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette equipped with dishes and everything needed for cooking, a comfortable and bright bedroom with double bed, bedside tables, small desk, 43 "4K TV with NETFLIX and a wardrobe with light inside, an elegantly furnished bathroom with a large shower. Die Küche ist mit Gasherd, Elektroofen einem Kühl-Gefrierschrank ausgestattet und man findet sonst auch alles, um lecker zu kochen. Das Bett ist super bequem und Dank des Fernsehers kann man die Abende ganz gemütlich ausklingen lassen. Fillipo ist ein toller Gastgeber. Der Restaurant-Tipp war super (weltbeste Pizza).
