The apartment was very cold at night and although we contacted the staff several times, they did not do anything about it. The temperature in the room must have been around 19C so when we were in the hotel we had to stay in bed under the covers to get warm. This is not acceptable. The location is proximal to Termini. The hotel is the 2nd floor of a building. It’s not at first obvious which is the right entrance so Massimo’s presence really helped. The room was lovely and more spacious than basic - did not feel claustrophobic at all. The bathroom was basic and had a sliding door which helps with space utilization. There are basics within the room (tea, coffee, kettle, water). Communication with Massimo prior to arrival and during stay was excellent.
