No receptionist when we arrived. The keys were on top of the table with a note. Could not check in or check out. No free wifi, you had to pay to have wifi. No hot water during the entire day. None of the other rooms had hot water ether. Next morning there was nobody at the reception so we had to complain to the cleaning service. The cleaning service tried to contact the manager but he did not want to come and solve the customer problems that we were facing. In order to check out we wrote a paper stating all the names of the customers and our complaints and the cleaning service signed it as well with the confirmation that the rooms were in order after we left them and we returned the keys. Il n’y a pas d’endroit pour prendre le petit-déjeuner qui se prend dans la chambre, et l’heure demandée n’est pas toujours respectée. La rue est très bruyante. Les matelas ne sont pas très confortables. La douche n’a pas de pression et l’eau chaude n’est qu’un fin filet. La chasse d’eau des toilettes ne marchait pas bien.
