The villa is tastefully and elegantly furnished and extends over two floors. Outside the house, in addition to the pool, there is an underwater massage tub (open from 01.05 - 15.09), a well-kept garden, a large covered terrace to eat outside and a play area and a fitness area, at your disposal. After a day at the beach (within easy walking distance) you can relax by the pool or in the Jacuzzi tub, and then use the outdoor kitchen to prepare your delicious meals outside. The accommodation is ideal for families with children, who can play undisturbed in the fully fenced garden with playground. Your four-legged friends are also welcome here. The beaches of Fiumicino are very long and there are both bathing establishments and free free beaches. Here you can also practice water sports, rent boats and take advantage of the many gastronomic offers in the area. At our arrival, the pool was very dirty and cloudy : the technician tried to tell us a long story about previous guests who made damages... but It has been functional only late the following in the afternoon. Our grandchildren, coming from Montréal, were disappointed….. We didn’t get a clear water every day, and the last 2 day water was deeply cloudy. . We didn’t even find a little soap in the bathrooms at our arrival after a Canada-Italy flight.. The un-pressed bed linen is thin, of a poor quality - there are no pillow protectors, just pillowcases – This is not hygienic.. The mattresses still wear their plastic cover from purchase, which makes a “cheap” plastic noise and feeling….. There is no sofa on the veranda – just 2 old dirty armchairs . The wood table on the veranda is dirty and sticky : the varnish seems to have melted and deteriorated. I had to buy a tablecloth to have decent dinners and suppers. We found only 11 correct glasses - 4 champagne little flutes (?) a beer thick glass - in a house listed for 12 persons ! It should be 3 glasses per person. . All salad bowls are of cheap plastic…. in the country of summer salads…. . Apart from old aluminium oversized pans, the Teflon ones, for normal use, are deeply scratched – We could not use them as it is not safe.Overselling description on the Web page . “Clim reversible” : it should be : “Clim reversible in bedrooms ONLY” not in the main entrance, in the ##### Gerard C.
