A simple charming hotel just behind the Pantheon. In the heart of the city walking distance to most attractions!An authentic old Italian building with a spiral staircase (and elevator)clean and well maintained! The staff was helpful and always available. We would stay here again!

I stayed at La Santa Chiara several times already. However this time I found my room to be very small. I love that it is so central to many of the attractions. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. I’d stay there again. My go to when in Rome.

Overall, I thought this was an amazing hotel. I’ve stayed in a few hotels throughout Rome and this was by far my favorite. It was spacious, clean, updated, but still had the Italian charm. The staff was very kind and helpful. The location is perfect as well - surrounded by plenty of shopping, restaurants, and the Pantheon! With that said, because it is so close to all of that, it can be pretty noisy. I unfortunately was woken up around 4am to police cars out front with a group of people fighting/yelling at each other, this is not the hotels fault by any means and I felt extremely safe staying there, however be mindful of the noise when booking! Overall, I would return and book this hotel again for future stays.

With a perfect location for anyone that enjoys the architecture, art and history! Perfect distance from bus stops, trains and ideal for a good walk to all the interest places for visit. The staff are welcoming, cordial and helpful all times. Even the Albergo is in middle of a 'central turistic area' the room get a proper silence for a nice relaxing time after a busy day, comfortable and clean, modern looking. The breakfast offered was ok, enough to put something in the stomach before the road.

Great location, surprisingly quiet at night. Very helpful team who offered us a take away breakfast for the day we were travelling outside of Rome. Enjoyed the breakfast! Beautiful hotel , The staff was excellent. Right near everything. Might be the closest hotel to the Pantheon? One thing you need is ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Our first night was on Saturday. I swear there was alot of gladiators going up and down the street by our windows.Male and female rejoicing all night long. Make sure you know what elavator to take to your room before celebrating. If not you will get lost and feel stupid like we did a few times. Definitely would stay here again. My wife like to represent you in the U.S. and on YouTube for discounted rates? Very pleasant stay for our 50th wedding anniversary ❤️!

Amazing central location in the heart of Rome! The staff was super friendly and helpful and the room was exactly what I needed. Everything was very clean and I also felt super safe during my time there as a young female solo-traveler. Also, very glad that they had air-conditioning since I went during a historic heat wave, so it was a nice respite from the heat. I would definitely stay here again!

I paid for a superior single room and to be honest I’m not sure what was superior about it? The towel warmer didn’t work. The hairdryer didn’t work. It was kind of Dungee and I walked by another room that the door was open and it was a regular and it wasn’t much different. However, my view was fantastic. The bartender that spoke no English, which was fine however, I ordered a Negroni and got an Apperal spritz. He was very overwhelmed and no one was helping him. Location is great! Pictures make it look much nicer than it is.

Everyone at the hotel was super helpful and gave great recommendations. They found us a golf cart for a tour at 10:30 at night, which was a last minute request. They were friendly and spoke English. They got us taxis quickly too. The breakfast was amazing with an huge variety! Everything was clean, and maid service was outstanding! We would definitely recommend this hotel.
