Welcome to our delightful apartment located at via Prati della Farnesina, in the heart of the Ponte Milvio district in Rome. Just renovated with high-quality materials, the apartment offers comfort and style for an unforgettable stay. With a strategic location just a ten-minute walk from the Stadio Olimpico, Foro Italico, Auditorium Parco della Musica, and MAXXI Museum, it's the ideal choice for groups or families attending sports events or concerts. The neighborhood is also filled with nightlife spots and well-connected with bus stops that easily reach the Ottaviano metro stop for exploring the eternal city.  
The apartment is meticulously finished, boasting a prime location, and comfortably accommodating up to 4 people. It is situated on the ground floor.  
The house comprises:  
Living Room: Bright and spacious, tastefully furnished with a modern ambiance. It features a comfortable sofa convertible into a double bed, rocking chairs, a dining table, a flat-screen smart TV, and a reading/study area.  
Master Bedroom: Cozy and peaceful, the master bedroom is equipped with a window allowing natural light to enter. It is carefully furnished with a smart TV, bedside tables, and a large wardrobe.  
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen provides all necessities for meal preparation. Among the appliances available are a coffee MOKA, toaster, microwave, kettle, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and oven. A small breakfast table and a balcony complete the space.  
Bathroom: The modern bathroom is furnished with a shower, toilet, bidet, sink, mirror, and hairdryer. We also provide a courtesy set for your comfort.
