This was one of the best hotels my wife and I have stayed at in recent years. Especially notable worthy, very helpful and courteous staff. One especially helpful staff member was a gentleman named Tifiano who gave us some great recommendations for things to do and restaurants. He also went above and beyond to try and help us with a sticky situation involving another hotel. If we have the good fortune of being able to return to Rome, we will definitely stay here again.

Thus property is perfect, easy walking to many Rome attractions. Great included breakfast. Any coffee can be made to order. Very clean, great front desk service. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Bar in the lobby is great, anything you order, if the bar tender didn’t know what it was, he’d find it and made it.

The location is ideal as it's a 20 minute walk to the Spanish Steps and the building in nice. However, the staff was very rude and had a terrible attitude when I asked for directions based on the map they gave me. Plus, anytime I asked other simple questions, they acted like I was putting them out. The room was not as clean as it should be and they don't have coffee in the room or available without a 4 euro charge. The refrigerator did not work well at all and some cheese that I put in it was warm when I took it out. Overall, I would not recommend them as it's a 4 star hotel that acts like 3 star. The staff deflates your vacation high.

Excellent price for high end property. Rooms were very clean. Located in a perfect spot to experience Rome. Near metro and dining. Excellent staff that helped with all our needs. Beautiful decor to give you that Italian feel. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is near the subway and walking distance to restaurants. The room had stains in the carpet which gave a very bad appearance but it was clean. The shower was inside a bathtub so didn’t have a door just half covered the bathtub so it was very messy with water going all over the floor. The breakfast was very good! Staff were very nice and helpful!

This hotel had all the atmosphere you could ask for! It looked like a movie set! Some of our group's rooms had balconies and the amount of marble in the place was incredible! Little off the beaten path but we loved that and it was really magical! Great staff and bar too! Breakfast was the best!

Stunning hotel with friendly staff. The rooms were beautifully presented and well maintained. Only downside was our room looked out on to the street and tram line was right outside our room, which meant getting to slwwp was quite difficult.

Very nice place, good breakfast and facilities. The room was small but comfortable. Maybe the different thing is that you have to use two elevators to go from the lobby to the second floor and a different one to go from the second floor to the rest of the building and they are a bit small, which creates waiting lines in the morning after breakfast on the second floor.

This hotel was in a good location for the sights. The staff was very helpful. The room was nice. But…the room is a small bedroom accessible by a tight spiral staircase to the seconds floor. The bathroom is on the first. Floor. Separate they are both nice. The staircase can be a problem if you have mobility issues. We did not so we took care in minimizing our ups and downs.

Walkable distance to downtown plaza, shops and restaurants (4 min). Area is quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful, they really want you to feel welcomed. Room was clean and very pleasant. A bottle of wine was left in our room to enjoy at our leisure. The only two downsides our room only had a tub no shower and we could not control the AC. Needed to call the front desk to adjust. But overall our stay was very pleasant and would stay again.
