Property Summary  
Picasso is a small, simple, and comfortable house built in 1985 and renovated in 2018, situated in the Ciudad Quesada district. Nestled in a quiet and sunny residential area, this vacation rental boasts a private property of 500 square meters and a garden spanning 350 square meters. The property features a seasonal swimming pool (8 x 4 meters, depth 100 - 250 cm, available from May 1 to October 31), a yard, internet Wi-Fi, and an EV charging station.  
  
Outdoors  
Enjoy the outdoors with the property's spacious garden adorned with trees and a seasonal swimming pool perfect for those warm summer days. Take advantage of the barbecue area for alfresco dining, and make use of the free EV charging station available from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (chargeable at 50€/week outside of these hours).  
  
Other Information  
The property is conveniently located near various amenities, with a grocery store and supermarket just 500 meters away, and a restaurant within 1.5 kilometers. The Elche railway station is 23 kilometers away, providing easy access to transportation. Please note that the owner does not accept youth groups, and the neighborhood is highly sensitive to noise, so quietness and good behavior are expected. Additionally, there is an airfield located 36 kilometers from the property.

This vacation rental is a 3-room house with a total area of 62 square meters, situated on the ground floor. The living/dining room features a double sofa bed, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, with access to the garden and swimming pool. There are two double bedrooms, each equipped with two beds (90 cm wide, 195 cm and 190 cm long), air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine.
