Best suited for singles, couples, or couples with young children, this one bedroom, one bath cabin features a cushy queen sized bed, and a full sized pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. A fully equipped kitchen, featuring new pots, pans, utensils, silverware, and more, allows for you to comfortably cook your own meals. \-- THE SPACE -- Non-smoking, pet-free. Kitchen: Dishwasher, Stove, Microwave, Regular coffee maker, toaster and other necessities to make cooking breeze. Living: High-speed Fiber Wi-Fi, Direct TV Now, faux fireplace (use all seasons w/o heat), sleeper sofa for additional sleeping. Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed Bathroom: 1 Full Bathroom with shower/tub combo Outdoor: Covered porches with outdoor furniture and ceiling fans, charcoal grill with grilling utensils, firepit with lots of seating and beautiful landscaping (please purchase firewood locally). With creeks, waterfalls, caves, cliffs and more, there\`s no reason for you to leave! \- Fresh linens and towels. We also include essential starter packs to make your stay easier! (Starter packs include: 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, shampoo and conditioner, bar soap, 3 dishwasher pods, 3 trash bags, and 1 sponge.) You will need to purchase charcoal for the grill. Firewood can be purchased on-site which is self service and self-pay. \- Easy access! The property sits directly off a well maintained road. Please keep in mind due to this you will hear road noise. Limited parking; vehicles exceeding 2 please park at the local park and ride and carpool to the cabin. Trailers prohibited. \- Prime Red River Gorge location - Close to hiking, horseback riding, rock climbing, kayaking, canoeing, zip lines, sight-seeing, restaurants, and much more! \- Soul Sister is within walking distance of Creeksong (neighbor), Dreamcatcher (neighbor), Cozy Creek, Hillside Haven, Big Boulder, Dreamscape, and Angel\`s View. \- The property is serviced by a well. It is treated and tested frequently and is completely safe to drink. It can emit an odor and if you are not used to drinking well water, you may prefer to bring your own bottled water for drinking. \- There is camera surveillance on the pole barn facing the roadway leading to each cabin and on the well house facing the pole barn. \-There is also camera surveillance at other cabins on the property: at Soul Sister facing the front gate of the property, and at Big Boulder on a porch support covering the hill and on the garage facing the road intersection. Everything was higher end, more comfortable and modern than many other places in the area. I especially loved the feeling of safety. It’s in a gated community and also near a great restaurant. Cabin was clean, cozy and quiet. Back porch was lovely, though cushions on the chairs would have helped with comfort. Only recommendation I have is to provide a Keurig rather than a regular coffee pot. Location was perfect, near popular restaurants and attractions. It was the perfect base for our 2 nights of hiking and kayaking and within perfect distance to 2 great restaurants (cannot recommend the vegan chocolate cake at Hops enough!)
