The property is at the end of a quiet cul de sac, which makes it a great place to relax and enjoy the lake view while reading a book. We enjoyed the games provided by the host, which are stored in the coffee table. The beds and pillows provided were extremely comfortable. There were plenty of towels and blankets provided to enjoy the hot tub or cozy up by one of the three fireplaces with a blanket.We used the All-Trails app to find a nearby trail for a 4-mile hike. We followed this up with a nice soothing soak in the hot tub. The hosts provided all the information we needed for an easy check in. They were responsive to questions. Everything was new, clean, and well stocked including lots of towels, pillows, blankets, and kitchen amenities. The hosts took so much time and care into thinking of everything a family would need to make a vacation stay relaxing and comfortable. The views of the lake were gorgeous as we sat on the patio in the mornings and evenings. We enjoyed seeing wildlife, from the forest next to the property. All the furniture was comfortable to sit on, and the beds gave us a good night’s sleep. The neighborhood was quiet and the drive through the community was beautiful through curvy roads and lush trees. Our family of 7 (ages ranging from 5-50) gathered for a week to reconnect and celebrate a birthday. We had plenty of space to move around with rooms and beds for everyone. We enjoyed sitting around the table playing games, relaxing and chatting in the hot tub, having a tv downstairs for the kids while the grownups could read or watch tv upstairs, and we even had fun playing hide-and-seek throughout the large house. We had a wonderful time making memories together. The hosts communicated very well with us including check-in and departure. We appreciated their level of details. The lake views from the deck were beautiful and made for the perfect spot to relax each morning and evening. The kitchen was amazingly well stocked — we had everything we needed (and more!) to cook family dinners together. We found the spacious bar the perfect place to sit and eat. Our kids especially enjoyed having their own rooms and a separate living room downstairs where they could watch TV and hang out. The thoughtful arrival snacks were such a nice touch. Everything was spotless and so well cared for.Having a washer and dryer onsite was a huge bonus, especially after an afternoon of bike riding to the local railyard bike area.
