Serenity @ Beaver Lake: Views, Hot Tub & Game Room

Welcome to Serenity @ Beaver Lake! Enjoy hill top lake views, 3 boat ramps within 10 minutes, and peace and quiet. Spend your days on Beaver Lake enjoying swimming, boating & fishing. Then spend your evenings relaxing in the private HOT TUB, grilling on the propane grill, shooting some pool, and watching the flames of the propane fire pit overlooking the views of the water! Experience complete serenity while staying at Serenity @ Beaver Lake.

As you arrive at Serenity you can see straight through the open concept living/kitchen/dining/2nd living out the wall of glass doors to the views of the lake! Although you'll want to park yourself in the 2nd living room overlooking the views, stay with me while I guide you through the home first. You enter on the top floor of the home and immediately walk into the large living room with a huge sectional sofa, ottoman, and large smart TV where you can stream from your own accounts. Gravitating back you'll walk right into the large kitchen that is fully stocked for all of your cooking and baking needs. This is adjacent to the dining room which seats 8 people comfortably and we've got an additional 3 barstools at the peninsula bar top. Continuing back we have a secondary living area that's setup to comfortably soak in the picturesque views of Beaver Lake year round. A cozy leather couch and plush leather recliner face the 3 sliding glass doors that draw your eye straight down to the water. Enjoy everyone's company upstairs as it's plenty big to host the entire group on the one big open concept area!

Before we head downstairs we can't forget the two bedrooms and two bathrooms that are on the upper floor as well. At the back of the home with private deck access is the primary bedroom with a king size bed and beautiful private en suite full bathroom. Wake up every morning to private, unobstructed views of Beaver Lake right from your bedroom. The primary bedroom also has a dedicated work space for those who need to tackle a little bit of work while on vacation. In the front of the home is bedroom #2 that has a cozy king size bed and access to it's own full bathroom from the hallway.

Now as we venture downstairs you'll find a large bunk room (bedroom #3) that sleeps 4 in the 4 twin size bunk beds. We've also created a neat lounge area in this room with a futon and coffee table. Great for playing games or just catching up with friends before bed. This bunk room also has direct access to the lower patio, making for easy access to the hot tub, firepit, or lounge chairs overlooking the lake below.

Right next door and accessed through the hallway is another full bathroom with a beautiful tiled shower. Continuing down the hall you'll pass the laundry room that you're welcome to use and then another bunk room (bedroom #4) that sleeps 3 in the 3 twin beds.

Next to the second bunk room is the game room which is the perfect spot to split the group if some want peace and quiet while other want to laugh and carry on. The game room has its own set of cozy leather furniture. Two couches, a reclining chair, coffee table and large smart TV! Don't forget the full size pool table with plenty of room where you won't have to worry about bumping your pool stick. Directly off of the game room you'll have direct access through sliding glass doors to the lower patio. The lower patio has a propane fire pit, lounge chairs, private hot tub, and bike racks.

Save yourself some steps and take the outdoor deck staircase to the upper deck where you can maximize your lake views and have easy access to the upstairs living areas and kitchen. We also have outdoor dining on the upper deck making for amazing dinner views!

Oh and you'll find plenty of easy parking for the group including a great flat spot for the boat if you brought it with you. The flat spot is at the front of the home, in front of the garage. The additional parking spots are the circle driveway to the left of the home. You should have enough space for about 5 vehicles or 4 vehicles and a boat (depending on size).

* You will have access to the entire home minus 2 locked closets and the 1 car garage.

*We don’t live on site but we love hosting and want to ensure you’re comfortable and enjoying your time at our home. Reach out anytime with questions or needs!

* We provide the initial toiletry items for kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Additional supplies will be the guests responsibility.

* All of our TVs are smart TVs and setup for you to stream from your own accounts.

* We're located in a lake friendly community on Beaver Lake. Enjoy ease of access to 3 boat ramps within less than 10 minutes of the home.

* We've got parking for about 5 vehicles depending on size. The upper driveway can handle 1 vehicle or a boat trailer, then the circle drive on the side of the home would be great for any other vehicles.

* Guests may see some wildlife or insects during your stay — this is common for properties in natural, wooded, or lakeside areas.
