Welcome to Charisma, our stunning 6-bedroom residence just steps from the ocean. Whether you’re soaking up the sun on the beautiful deck space or unwinding in the private pool and hot tub, Charisma offers everything you need for a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Enjoy Sunrise with Ocean view and Sunset with Sound Water View.  
  
Ideal for Families with kids and their dog. There are no dunes to climb to access the beach. Take a easy private walk to beach and enjoy it without any extra effort. Lots of beach space to enjoy. Sound water is also walkable and nearby to enjoy sunset.  
  
We provide thoughtful amenities for little ones, including Pack-n-Play, high chair, booster seat, and baby gate, ensuring a hassle-free vacation for everyone.  
  
Planned 2026 Additions: Hair dryers in 4 bathrooms, phone, watch chargers on each floor, Keurig coffee maker at each floor. Basic amenities like hand soap, laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen rolls, toilet rolls will be stocked for all guests to use. A lot of books on business, finance, love, romance, etc.

The 1st level features a bedroom with a full-size bunk set and another bedroom with two single beds, the latter offering direct access to a shared bathroom. The spacious game room on this floor is packed with entertainment options:

A cozy sitting area with a wet bar, full-size refrigerator, and microwave, opens onto a wraparound covered deck, perfect for enjoying a movie on the smart TV or simply taking in the view. The laundry room is conveniently located on this floor.

The 3rd floor features main living area, where you can gather around the gas fireplace or watch a movie on the TV with a DVD player and stereo.  
The wraparound sundeck offers panoramic views from the ocean to the sound, providing the perfect backdrop for relaxation.  
  
The large dining table and breakfast bar comfortably seat up to 12 guests, while twin refrigerators in the kitchen ensure ample space for all your culinary needs.  
  
The luxurious king en-suite bedroom on this floor opens onto a sound-view deck and features a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower stall. A half bathroom is also available on this level.

The property was exactly as described, we had a view of both the sunrise over the Atlantic and Sunset over the sound. Easy walk to the private beach from the house. The parking was ample for 3 Dodge Rams and Toyota Tundra. Pool was clean with plenty of chairs. Wi definetly stay again.

#### Beautiful property, well stocked and fantastic access to the Beach!!

My family and I stayed the week leading up to Mother’s Day 2025 and we loved our stay at Charisma! The house was beautiful, lots of space for our large family, very well stocked with everything we needed including baby gates and it was pet friendly! The price was really reasonable even considering the fact that it was off-season. We got such a good deal that between the price of the house for the week and so few reviews, thought it might be a Scam. It is a real place and the hosts were very communicative and easy to work with!The Beach access was really great, both getting to the beach via a short walk and the access to the beach itself was great and relatively flat/not hilly like some of the other beaches in the Hatteras area.We would definitely stay again and highly recommend Charisma for your upcoming stay on Hatteras Island!

#### Perfect Family Vacay House

We had a great time staying here. The house is plenty big with lots of lounging around space. The house has a nice view of the ocean as well as the sound from the top deck; from the back deck overlooking the pool there is a lovely view of the sunset! The pool was excellent and had great lounge chairs on the deck. The walk to the beach is easy, paved/boardwalk all the way until right at the beach, so easy for pulling a wagon for chairs/tents/etc. Communication with the owner was very easy. Only minor issue is that there's no hose on the outside shower for spraying off sand, but there is a hose on the pool deck, but would recommend adding a hose to the outdoor area. Also, one of the bedrooms is actually a Queen bed, not a King. Wasn't a problem for us, but just a note on the listing.
