We only had one kitchen item missing (bottle opener) and one ceiling fan did not work but at this time of year not a problem. bed was comfortable, furniture a little soft for long duration but OK. Easy access to the beach. If the neighbors are present in the next building, they may seem a little close for the one unit closest, but they were not this week and we enjoyed a nearly private balcony.
