Amenities for your enjoyment include a 2.1-mile community boardwalk, a firepit, a fishing dock, a hammock park with an outdoor kitchen and gas grills, a bayfront pool, a bayfront pier, and kayaks (must remain at the pier). Set in a quiet and secluded neighborhood, you’ll love quick access to the shared firepit and fishing dock with a cleaning station, just steps from your back door! Inside, find a pristine open kitchen, dining, and living space, as well as contemporary furnishings, and a primary suite featuring a private balcony with relaxing water views. Whip up delectable dishes in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a large center island and direct access to the furnished back patio. Kick back and relax in the living room and watch TV or simply admire the majestic views. THINGS TO KNOW Occupancy and parking are strictly enforced. Guests in violation will be removed. Boat trailers do not count as a vehicle and must be parked in the driveway of the unit. The vehicle that has been displaced by the trailer must be parked at overflow parking on the island or at the community park. Weddings, parties, and RVs are not permitted on-site. A double sofa bed and twin bed in the loft offer extra sleeping spaces. Please note, parts of St. Charles Bay Reserve are currently under construction. \*\*Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Security camera details: Please note that the home has four exterior security cameras, set at each angle of the property. Dock details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The house itself is beautifully decorated with a breezy coastal theme and has plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. We especially loved having the pool all to ourselves—it felt like our own private oasis. If you are looking for a place away from all of the noise and crowd this place is perfect! It was still within driving distance to Port Aransas as we went there one morning to go to the beach. It is also within driving distance of Corpus Christi to go to the aquarium and visit the air craft carrier. There’s an H‑E‑B, Walmart, and Walgreens within a 15 min drive as well. An added bonus was seeing two dolphins swim next to the dock behind the house! We will save this location and will visit again. One thing to note - when we visited (July 13-15) they had the foundation poured for another townhome complex to go up immediately next to this one, so depending on when you travel you may hear the construction next door until they get the units built. ##### Samantha G.
