Just For the Halibut is a charming three-bedroom, one and half bathroom house nestled between Rockport's Folly Cove and Halibut Point State Park. It's a perfect retreat for anyone looking to experience the best of New England. Close to the ocean and the Lobster Pool Restaurant, enjoy the modern comfort, back deck, and outdoor shower.  
  
It's a well-appointed getaway with a modern kitchen, cozy living room, finished basement and three bedrooms. The first floor has a half bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room. Walk out to the deck to enjoy the serenity of the marsh views. Upstairs are three bedrooms; two queen rooms and one with twins, along with a full bathroom in the hall. Wash off after the beach in the hot-cold and fully enclosed outdoor shower.
