We visited Rockport for a concert at the Shalin Liu Performance Center, and the location was perfect—an easy walk to the venue while also being convenient for exploring the surrounding area. My husband and I enjoyed the very short walk to Bearskin Neck and the shops /restaurants in Rockport . It was a convenient drive to all things Cape Ann. The private driveway parking was a huge bonus. As mentioned in previous reviews and property description there are quite a few stairs that lead up to apt from the front and back. The apt was clean and the King bed was comfortable. Easy check in/out. The property mgr was very attentive and responded quickly to any inquiries. We will definitely stay again! ##### Debbie S.
