The house was great, the views were amazing, and the beach was only steps away. We fell asleep to the sound of the waves and woke up every day to watch the sunrise. "Super cute/classic new england on the outside yet modern and updated on the inside - the best of both worlds. We loved our stay for myself, husband and 7 year old daughter. Bring less than you think you need clothing wise because the on site washer dryer work very well - there is also an iron and copious shelves/storage. No closet but plenty of hooks upstairs and downstairs so that wasn't an issue. Very nice patio in front for sitting out at night. The street itself is lovely - mostly...

"We stayed here for a couple of weeks while our house renovation was being completed nearby. The property is wonderful, clean, spacious, and well equipped. Being locals, I can say it is in a very central area, with easy access to downtown Rockport, the train to Boston, and the beach. Erin the owner was wonderful to work with. We would recommend this property to anyone wishing to enjoy the beauty of Cape Ann!"

"Family and friends rented the house together to attend a wedding at the Hotel Beauport. The house was lovely and every morning we woke to the most beautiful sunrises over the ocean. There are great paths that are public to walk around the ocean - downtown Rockport is a short walk from the house. Everything worked properly in the house and all the rooms were lovely."

"The property was beautiful and included all that we needed. However, the previous guest filled the exterior garbage cans to the top and the garbage was not disposed of during our 5 day stay. We had to bring our trash out each day and dispose of it ourselves which was a nuisance."

"Wonderful location with gorgeous views, and somehow plenty of room for all of us (3 teens, 5 adults). The view was gorgeous whether it was sunny or rainy. Sometimes rentals can have cheap, uncomfy seating or beds but we all found everything super comfy and seating on the porch was great. Close to town but also felt like a great getaway from everything. Everyone loved it. Only thing - the management left us 2 dishwasher pods for 4 nights, and also required all dishes be cleaned and put away...

"My extended family and I had a lovely time staying at this property for an early Christmas celebration. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable and spacious and there was plenty of room for 2 pack-and-plays for the babies. The kitchen was very understocked, however. We had trouble cooking comfortably and needed to go buy a lot of things (oil, spices, pans, paper towels, cleaning supplies, coffee grinder etc). There was also not enough trash bags or toilet paper for the amount of ppl...
