#### A nice apartment in the heart of downtown Rockland
The 2-bedroom property was spacious and very clean with a well-appointed kitchen and comfortable living area, located on Main Street in the heart of downtown Rockland. We had parking behind our building, but didn’t need our car unless we wanted to venture out of town. We went during the week of the Maine Lobster Festival and had easy access, within walking distance, to everything Rockland had to offer: the lobster festival at Harbor Park, the ferry to Vinalhaven and North Haven, art galleries, museums and lots of restaurants and shopping. Our host, Jennifer, was very attentive and answered any questions that I had. Her property management office is directly across the street, but we kept in touch through text messaging. My daughters and I agreed that we would definitely stay there again.

#### Good spot for Farnsworth and Owls Head Museums
Property is clean, airy, and a good size for two bedrooms. Note that access is up three flights of stairs and AC is one window unit and a noisy freestanding unit. Kitchen is very well equipped, living areas are comfortable. In middle of town and over a retail unit and bar/restaurant but we were not troubled by noise. Would stay again. Would not suit those who would struggle with the stairs.

#### Everything was great. The only issues was which apartment when we entered the building.
Then we were told to put the bathroom towels and cloths in a bag and then also put the sheets in a separate bag. Except we found no bags, except the garbage bags under the sink, that they said was a second option. They also told us to put the garbage out, however they didn’t tell us where to put it.
