The guest on the reservation must be present at check-in with photo ID which matches address and credit card used. The guest must be present during the complete stay. Pet friendly with additional fees $30 + tax per night. 1 pet only. A rental agreement will need signed upon booking and a Refundable Damage Deposit of $300 will be charged to your credit card 3 days prior to arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded within 3 days after checkout, provided there are no damages or policy violations. Trip Cancellation & Travel Insurance Program options available for purchase when booking a stay not less than 30 days before check in date. Bigfoot Lair is about 5 minutes to Rock House, 6 minutes to Conkles Hollow and 19 minutes to Old Man's Cave. 1 private bedroom with a King bed. There is a sleeper sofa and a flat screen Tv in the main room. Come relax in the hot tub and gaze at the open sky. We have a propane and a charcoal grill. Exterior security cameras are in use at this property at parking area. NoiseAware (100% privacy compliant decibel monitoring sensor) 1 located in main gathering area and 1 on exterior. The driveway is flat on this property. A four wheel drive or front wheel drive vehicle is suggested during the snowy months. Pet friendly. 1 pet only. The only this we wished was better was the water pressure. It was not very strong and had became muddy at the end of our stay resulting in us not being able to shower before our departure. Between the cabin and road is an enclosed recreational area, which has a picnic table, hot tub, ping pong table, dart board and corn hole game.
