This three-story condo boasts beautiful views from its two balconies, along with three bedrooms and three and a half baths with room for up to eight guests! Park your car in the driveway or single-car garage, grab your bags, and head inside! The entry level has a single-car garage which has a passthrough door into the ground-level bedroom. This bedroom includes its own private bathroom. On the second floor, you'll find two bedrooms. Each bedroom also has its own private bathroom. The primary bedroom also has a private balcony! You'll love relaxing out here in the early morning hours with a hot cup of coffee and a good book. The third floor contains the living room and kitchen. The large couch has room for everyone in your party to enjoy a movie with your loved ones after a long day on the beach. The dining room table can seat all eight of your guests comfortably. Relax around the table with a homemade meal. The kitchen has everything you need to cook during your stay, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and oven/stovetop. There is also a half bath located on this floor. You'll also have access to the second balcony, complete with outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ to use during those warm summer months! Enjoy the view and ocean breeze with your loved ones while grilling up some fresh fish from the market on Highway 101 or your catch of the day. A washer and dryer is also available for guest use during your stay, so feel free to pack light and wash clothes as needed. While staying in the Rockaway Beach area, you'll have plenty to see. There are several restaurants and shops to explore along Highway 101, just a short walk away from your condo unit. You can also traverse the miles and miles of sandy beach, or rent a boogie board and try it out down on the water. You can fish, swim, or surf while staying in Rockaway Beach! You can also travel south into Tillamook and explore the Cheese Factory. Enjoy a fresh scoop of ice cream at their on-site location, or grab some pizza. Seaside is about an hour drive to the north, where you can walk the boardwalk and explore the candy shops. Book your stay at The Cozy Corner with Oregon Beach Vacations today! This home is not pet-friendly so please leave your pets at home, or make other arrangements for them. Beach access is a short 5-minute walk to the west of the home. You and your occupants agree to abide by all applicable parking restrictions and limitations. Kitchen included what we needed. Great format for two families traveling together since the third bedroom is like a mother-in-law. Beach is beautiful and a very short walk. Note there is no direct view of the beach. Some minor issues added up a bit, that I did not expect for this price point: poor check-in/check-out timing (general expectation is 3pm check-in, 11am or noon check-out- this was 4pm check-in and 10am check-out), condo was not ready at 4pm, which was an issue for us since we had already timed our arrival right at check-in (and no accommodations were offered ie later check out), a bed was not made up for us and we had to make it up ourselves, bedroom doors were difficult to open/close due to fluffy carpet, door code was too simple to feel secure. No air conditioning was expected, but we didn't expect how much the condo heated up with the direct heat. Keeping sliding glass doors open in the evening was a must, but was a pain since the doors did not have screens, and lots of bugs came in. Again, all minor issues, but at this price, high-quality is expected. ##### Liana S.
