Enjoy a main-level master suite, bright kitchen, and a sunroom-style patio with floor-to-ceiling glass. Watch deer wander through the yard, take the canoe out on Spring Lake, and unwind in total comfort. Ideal for families, couples, or anyone seeking tranquility with easy access to Oregon Coast beaches, shops, and restaurants.  
  
Guests enjoy full privacy during their stay, but our team is always available by phone, text, or email for assistance, local recommendations, or any urgent needs.  
  
Nestled along Spring Lake in a quiet residential area, Heaven by the Sea offers both serenity and convenience. The home is just minutes from the sandy beaches of Rockaway and nearby coastal towns with dining, shops, and outdoor activities. Explore local hiking trails, kayak on the lake, or relax and watch wildlife from your patio.  
  
Guests have full access to the home, garage, patio, and lakefront area. A canoe is provided for lake use (at your own risk). Please note that swimming is not permitted in Spring Lake. The property includes private driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles.  
  
This inviting two-story home features a main-level master with en-suite bath, two upstairs queen bedrooms with ceiling fans, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, and an airy sunroom with panoramic lake views. Nearly every room looks out onto Spring Lake. The garage offers extra storage, and the private patio is perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation.  
  
A car is recommended to explore the area. The property is a short drive to Rockaway Beach, Manzanita, and Tillamook. Free on-site parking is provided.  
  
No pets. No parties or events. Quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM. No smoking or vaping indoors. Life jackets are provided for use in the canoe. The neighborhood is peaceful—please respect local wildlife and neighbors.

Convenient to everything nearby in Rockaway Beach. Short walk to the beach. Nice space for family time. This met our needs perfectly for my aging mom who needed a bedroom and bath on one level.
