With most everything being remodeled and upgraded, you will find the cottages strike that perfect balance of style and comfort. The unit comes with a kitchenette making it easy to store food as well as whip up a quick meal whenever you desire. Additionally each unit has a small patio area as well as a shared seating area under the gazebo. The location is absolutely incredible and will make as a perfect location to adventure up and down the coast. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all. PET FRIENDLY: \*There is a $50 fee per pet with a maximum of 1 pet. Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. This is the perfect place to stay for a couple with a dog! It's amazing what they've been able to put into a small space! Yes, there is an actual kitchenette with a stove and refrigerator. The place is super clean inside and out! You can sit and enjoy the sun on a private patio, or enjoy a fire in the fire pit in the community back yard. They even provide outdoor games for your enjoyment! There are a total of 7 units in the complex, but it is very quiet. The unit is cozy and perfect for two people. The shower even fit my giant spouse which is unusual as most shower heads are located around his chest region in hotels. Having the full kitchen saved quite a bit of money and it’s nice to be able to cook and store food in the fridge so one doesn’t have to eat out every meal.
