One guest bedroom is located down a short flight of stairs and through a door at the back portion of the garage.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The hot tub is out of order until January 2024.
This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.
Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s).

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are three cameras that observe the parking area.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
