Spacious, affordable, and pet-welcoming, this cozy 3BR home is just a short walk to Rockaway Beach’s Twin Rocks. Features include 2 king beds + 1 double, 2 living areas, full kitchen (no dishwasher), washer/dryer, and a large yard perfect for kids & pets. Rinse off in the outdoor shower after beach days, then relax by the wood stove. A simple, comfortable base for families, friends, and pups.  
  
The cottage sits in a quiet neighborhood with a mix of year-round residents and vacation homes. Just half a block away at Washington Street, you’ll find an easy beach access point—perfect for morning walks, playing in the sand, or soaking up the coastal sunshine.

#### Cozy, comfy beach house with character

Comfortable! Lots of decorative touches with beachy character. The teen girls loved their privacy in their upstairs bedroom. We liked ours in the downstairs suite. And, if I hadn't already been smitten, there were books I wanted to actually read on the shelves! I got a ways through one, but we had good weather and weren't needing to spend much time there. When they said it was only a block to the beach they meant it. (Unlike another place we stayed that only meant that's where you accessed a long trail.) There's more to it on the inside than at first glance appears on the outside! Anyway, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the furnishings and amenities it provided!
