I'm used to staying at a little nicer hotel while on the road. There aren't many options in the area. Unexpected to see brown towels and brown bedspread. Bed was too soft. Mini refrigerator was cold. Really disappointed that there was no luggage cart, or even a wagon, to unload our car. It took two people multiple trips.

This is a very clean and quiet hotel ... unless a medical helicopter needs to land next door (the hospital and helipad are immediately next door). Staff is friendly, breakfast is basic but decent.

The recliner in my room looked like it should have been on the front porch of a house out in the country. Probably need to get a new one. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We charge a fee because we have to clean the room more deeply because other guests are allergic to pets. Thank you for staying with us.

Bad Choice
The hotel was a real disappointment. The room was dingy at best. The bedspread had been washed and was put back on the bed wet. The hotel was very noisy all night. The breakfast was terrible. Would definitely not recommend this place.
