It is situated next to a public park which included tennis courts and a baseball field. There are many restaurants within a couple of miles. A short drive to downtown Rochester. Nice park right next door with basketball court, tennis, pickle ball, baseball field, grill. Even watched a ball game going on at the park from our backyard. Host was great! They're had 2 room air conditioners, 1 in the living room and one in the main bedroom. They were enough to cool the main floor. The house was very small which we expected. It was pleasant but would have been brighter with lighter wall colors. There was a pool table in the basement which we all enjoyed even our 8 and10 year old grand kids. No air down there so it was warm and musty. It is an older home with comfortable furniture. The park next door is great if you want a place to play ball. We would stay there again. ##### D M.
