This stay boasts skyline views, king beds, open spaces, a fully functioning kitchen and classic hardwood floors throughout the apartment. With around-the-clock host access, thoughtful details and free off-street parking, you\`ll have everything you need to feel like a VIP every time you stay. Elevator access to the top floor of this apartment building brings you right to your front door! Being on the uppermost floor and having the entire side of the building to yourself, you\`ll only have neighbors beneath you (no shared walls). You\`ll open the door to an open living room and dining room with a beautiful view of the city. The spacious galley kitchen right off the dining area provides everything you need. Walk down the long hallway to your King Bedrooms with a separate bathroom for each and ample closet space in each room. The entire apartment is yours! The hosts have secured one utility closet off the kitchen for their storage use. Coin operated laundry can be found in the key-accessible basement. The hosts provide a key labeled \`Basement Laundry\` that you will need for the elevator to bring you down. Your hosts are Rochester locals and available to answer questions or respond to your needs from 7am to 11pm. We work diligently to ensure you have the easiest, most streamlined and relaxing stay. We promptly will address any issues or questions you may have. One of our favorite restaurants is right across the street! Walking distance to local music venues, theaters, bars, restaurants, parks and river walks. Public transportation just two blocks away. We did arrive and notice one of the king beds was broken - but the host, Ryan, promptly fixed it the following day while we were out in the area. The place is very spacious and takes up one half of the 5th floor. Two generous sized bedroom, one with an ensuite bathroom, and a very spacious living area. The natural lighting is spectacular thanks to the almost floor to ceiling windows. The flow of fresh air was really nice with the windows open during our June stay. The fresh air flows very nicely down the long hallway and through the bedrooms and living area. We did not cook but the kitchen seems to be well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc.The No.1 Fire Station is just a block away and it is quite active. We had the windows open all the time, even at night, and it did not bother our sleep (or naps).The bus station is also a block away but there were not any issues being downtown with regard to security. The parking lot is well lit and the entrance to the building is controlled by a keypad. We felt completely safe coming and going at night.We did not hear anything inside the building except for someone vacuuming the hallway.As folks visiting from Texas, we are not sure the air conditioner would be up to the challenge on a hot day.The communications were okay but requests for an early check-in were not answered.Overall and comfortable place to stay downtown. ##### DENIS R.
