« Very immaculate property. Comfortable lobby with fireplace that actually warms you. Spacious room and bath with nice furnishings and fixtures. Two negatives. The blinds only closed partway on the windows and the bright night lights by the bike trail shine in at night. Also the soundproofing needs improvement. I could hear both adjacent and across the hall guests in my room. »

« The thermostat did not work ... Even though I called repair & they showed me how to do it once they left the hvac heater would not turn on... Your stat installer did Not Remove the clear protective film from the stat display. Signs of a poor install job... Nice to have a wall mounted stat but useless if it doesn't work... BTW your front desk said ever since the upgrade of wall mounted stats they have never worked correctly!! Time to call your HVAC Contractor & get this corrected. Also Your...

« Premièrement l'extérieur de l'hôtel a une odeur d’égouts.. plusieurs déchets sur le sol et le parking est pas sécuritaire… plusieurs personnes se promène et tard le soir… dans la chambre il y avais des cafards/coquerelle et plusieurs autres petites insectes, le papier de toilette est déjà a moitié utiliser, plusieurs personne dans le corridor qui parle fort et ce chicane…quelqu'un est même venu cogner a notre porte a minuit, moi et ma copine avons donc décider de partir car on sentais le...

"Premièrement l'extérieur de l'hôtel a une odeur d’égouts.. plusieurs déchets sur le sol et le parking est pas sécuritaire… plusieurs personnes se promène et tard le soir… dans la chambre il y avais des cafards/coquerelle et plusieurs autres petites insectes, le papier de toilette est déjà a moitié utiliser, plusieurs personne dans le corridor qui parle fort et ce chicane…quelqu'un est même venu cogner a notre porte a minuit, moi et ma copine avons donc décider de partir car on sentais le danger.. je me recommande en aucun cas cette hotel "
