Tastefully decorated with an island feel to enhance your vacation experience! Conveniently located steps away from the community pool (where you will have access), and only a 3 minute walk to the ocean, it is the perfect vacation rental for couples or small groups with friends or family. Fully furnished and equipped with all the standard amenities you could ask for, and a little more! There is an open concept living room with 32" tv with streaming options (Roku, Netflix, YouTube and more), dining area and beautiful kitchen with all brand new stainless steel appliances (including a wine fridge!) and a new energy efficient a/c unit in the kitchen. Additional extras that you are sure to appreciate include a reverse osmosis water filtration system so you can drink the water from the kitchen tap and refrigerator (with water/ice maker). The large balcony is equipped with a tiki bar and plenty of seating with custom-made, comfortable patio sectional furniture. As well as an additional full-size fridge to keep all your favourite drinks nice and cool! A fantastic space for relaxing and entertaining! There is a gas bbq on the lower carport for your grilling pleasure. The master bedroom features a queen size bed, new energy efficient a/c, private bath, TV with streaming options (Roku, Netflix, YouTube and more) and private balcony with outdoor furniture for your enjoyment and comfort. The second bedroom features a full size bed, single size bunkbed, new energy efficient a/c, shared bath, TV and private balcony. Electricity costs are high on the island. While it is included in your rate, we kindly ask you to be mindful and conserve energy. Please turn off lights, fans, and air conditioning units when you're not in the condo. For optimal comfort and efficiency, set the ACs to a temperature between 74-76°F—there's no need to set them to the lowest setting for a cool and comfortable room. This is our first stay in 7A but our 3rd at the sunset villas property. Laura was a great host and always available. We love this area, close enough to dive centres and restaurants but set back from the main strip noise, quiet for the evenings. We loved the access to the pool and unit was very well equipped with almost everything we could have needed. Super appreciated having the filtered water available and ice maker! Lots of comfortable space to relax inside and outside here. Roatan is still one of our favourite places to visit, and even after a month we still haven’t seen everything we want to. When I tell you I searched through 50+ listings before choosing this one, I’m not exaggerating. Our group was 2 couples- and we are so incredibly happy we picked to stay here! Everything was above our expectations. Short 5 minute walk to the west end strip, unbelievably safe neighborhood, amazing neighbors, amazing amenities, everything was great! The two bedrooms are on opposite ends of the duplex with two bathrooms, which gave us the opportunity to have privacy, but also still be together under one roof. We loved that each bedroom had a private balcony. The shared balcony off the front was incredible to have in the mornings and at night while playing cards. There are so many extras that aren’t listed on here such as games available for your use. The property manager was kind and willing to help. I wasn’t the best at checking my emails and she was always very patient with me. Huge thank you to the property manager and property owners for helping make our first visit to Roatan amazing. 10/10, book! You won’t regret it. ##### Kayla H. We poured over so many properties in Roatan before deciding to stay here. Ultimately, we chose this property because it is so much larger than the hotel rooms at the resorts. 2 full bedrooms and bathrooms with a kitchen, dining room, living room, and 3 TVs.
