You will have access to a private entrance. Parking is directly behind the unit, off street, spots are marked. You can walk throughout downtown Roanoke! You'll have access to safely store your bikes inside the large laundry room. This condo is on the main floor of a multi level condo building. Summertime is a happening time in downtown Roanoke! You will be close to live music on the weekends and other summertime events! Take some time to drive up Mill Mountain to see the Roanoke star and gaze over the city and mountains from up high! The space: Our condo features two bedrooms, each has a queen bed and a full bathroom. Full kitchen, dining room and private in unit laundry room. Guest access: This condo unit is on the first floor of a multi-unit building. Other things to note: Free parking is available directly behind the building. Spots are marked! The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. The tables had very sharp corners so I wouldn’t recommend for kids. The sofa and chairs show wear and were lumpy but clean. The hot water heater stopped working while we were there, but Megan was responsive and the hot water heater was replaced. We enjoyed the front porch for reading. The restaurants were great. Some places we have stayed have skimped there but now here! The parking can be a little tricky if you have a larger vehicle like we do but we made it work. My only suggestion would be to add a full length mirror in the bedroom for getting ready and a shelf of some sort over the toilet to set toiletries on as the bathroom sink is a pedestal one.Communication with the property manager was very prompt on any questions or needs we had.
