I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. The breakfast was fantastic — a great way to start the day. What really stood out was the amazing staff; they were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had a pleasant stay. I arrived late at night after a long flight, and they kindly offered me a complimentary late check-out, which was such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommended!

When i arrived the room waa very hot. They did not have the AC on. The room was clean however the shower had broken tiles and the soap dispenser was not there a small bottle of soap was put in its place. The wifi was very slow i called the desl about this several times

Hands down, the staff is what is unique and what I liked the most about this hotel! From Ahmed who checked us in, to Abdul who helped us to our room, right from the beginning at check-in, we knew we were in good hands. The evening of our second day, we wanted recommendations of nearby restaurants. The Bell Captain and his crew patiently fielded our questions. recommended several restaurants, and gave us useful information on distances, cuisine types, etc. While I do not remember the names of the captain and most of his staff who were helpful throughout our stay, I remember Mohamed Imran. He, like the others, was professional and courteous. Breakfast was very good! Good selections in the buffet.
