The gentlemen couldnt tell me why the price had increase by over 50%. First off all I turn up and the whole reception area stinks of petrol for some reason!. Get to room to find a) its freezing, b) plug sockets don't work c) room wasn't really the "Junior Suite" i imagined.. a big bed and a small table and chair doesn't really make something a suite in my eyes. . oh and d) the room had a smell of cigerettes, despite it supposidly being a non-smoking room (it had an ashtray in it?!). upon checking out (or attempting to) the person on the reception was just chatting to someone (seemed a very friendly conversation) and ignored me standing behind them waiting. someone else came up and tried to check out, handed him the key and went. so i just did the same. the guy was pretty rude in my opinion.
