"I arrived very late after a delayed flight into Narita and barely made the 1am check in cut-off. The staff were efficient and friendly, making the process quick and stress-free. The pod was clean, modern, and comfortable with adjustable bed and lighting. Bathrooms and showers were spotless and stocked with essentials. The lounge was inviting and well maintained.
