« Great building/ Property, well maintained and the staff is super helpful. We had great weather, talking to the regulars we found great places to eat, both inexpensive to very expensive. We had a dinner cooked for us that was wonderful. There was a lot of large rocks washed up on the beach that the locals said will be gone by June. Our dryer was broken when we arrived but fixed the last day we were there. We cant wait to go back. »

« great stay at Susana's beach front apartment/condo. the location on the beach was quiet and safe gentle waves and about a 15 minute walk into town. The condo is clean and decorated in a rustic mexican style. Secure locking and alarm system. Rocio (staff) was on the grounds most days was very helpful. Overall, would recommend this stay for you and your family. »

« This was the cutest little condo, right in town. The plus sides were the kitchenette, two beds, two baths, balcony, convenient location to the beach, the town square and so many restaurants, cafes and shops. Unfortunately, the location also meant that it was ridiculously loud until about 1-2am every night. Even closing all windows and using ear plugs couldn’t drown out the noise. So, unless you enjoy trying to sleep in the middle of a really loud party, I’d suggest finding a location further...

« Overall, this unit is perfect. It's the nicest unit in PDM that we've stayed in. The unit itself is beautifully decorated and works well for two families with young kids. Uriel was always available and super helpful as property manager. Mina was incredible - her food is some of the best we had during our week in Mexico. She is incredibly kind and can't do enough to help. We would absolutely stay here again and are already planning a return trip. I couldn't recommend Natalie's place more. »

« We loved this condo and the complex and area in Bucerias! The property manager Sally was fantastic and met us when we arrived and gave us a tour and specifics of what we needed to know for our stay. The condo was as advertised and perfect for my friend and I as we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The condo was equipped with the majority of the basics you needed for the kitchen, pool or beach. Great view from the balcony, but one thing that would make it better would be more comfortable...

« Location was beautiful. The management and cleaning staff were fantastic! I loved how close it was to everything for convenience, but just far enough away to get some peace and quiet. On weekends there's a market that sets up right outside. Excellent experience of local culture, and the air conditioning was VERY appreciated! Will definitely be returning, and would suggest it many! »

« The whole Property was spacious/clean/ and felt very safe. The condo itself was also just that. The view is exactly as shown! Panoramic ocean view. The beach was easy to get too… but there’s also the pool right at your complex.:: I had several questions to property management that were replied to quickly!! You are a short walk to the town square/ restaurants/ and stores. »

« We love staying at HDM. The included breakfasts are amazing. The access to town and the beach clubs is a must! The only minor complaint is that the concierge service was difficult to communicate with via their website chat. The owners of the property could invest in new towels and perhaps robes for the guests. You could tell this property is just a rental. »

« This flat is amazing. It's much bigger than it appears in the pictures. We were a small family, 3 adults and a toddler. The plunge pool was great to have for after nap time and spending the morning at the beach clubs. The communication with the owners/managers was flawless. We had lots of questions and they answered all of them, almost immediately. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back! »

« Fantastic property in a great location »

« Everything was perfect right from the time we booked this hotel. Check in was seamless, staff is super friendly and the whole property is spotless. We had a family suite on the bottom floor and it was perfect, lots of room for our 3 young kids. There is plenty of bottled water on each floor, a good pizza shop attached to the building plus a convenience and beer store less than a minute walk up the street. It is a great place for a family, laid back atmosphere and fairly quiet. The pool was warm...
