"The accommodations were amazing. We loved our villa. Our concierge, Paulina, was always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The staff weee always trying to please, even if they messed up or were taking too long. They were trying. We were a bit shocked at how much all the food and drinks cost. It was quite high for the quality received. The beach seemed to be somewhat destroyed from some storms but they had some blockades to control the waves. "

"Wife and I have been to this particular property 4 times over last 10 years. Dinning is good , view is beautiful, beach front entrances have lots of hidden under water rocks.( STRONGLY recommend water shoes ) They should clearly mark best ocean entrance spots to mark these underwater hazzards! Watched myself and many others fall and get bruised from rocks in sand . HINT: at the Palace, just right ( as look enter the water ) of the lifeguard stand between two large palm trees… one can reliably...

"Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. Restaurants had good food although their AC doesn’t seem to cool that well. The beach would have been nicer without all the piled up seaweed, but the hotel property made it up with their stunning ambiance. "
