« This stay was a total surprise as the hotel was a gem. Great location and rooms and everything worked. The best part of the stay were the staff who were so focused on first class customer service. From the time of check-in to check-out we could not have asked for more. The welcome and conversation were warm and genuine and when we mentioned we were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary to receive a bottle of wine unexpectedly was just the best. Can't speak highly enough of this property. Well...

« Property was immaculate, the restaurant was very very good. Staff was friendly and attentive. When I had a small issue with a broken thermostat maintenance was there in 5 min and had it fixed in under 5. And with a friendly attitude as well. »

« Cette maison me faisait rêver malheureusement nous n'avons même pas pu y pénétrer. Nous n'avons jamais reçu les codes d'accès pour rentrer dans la maison ni dans la chambre. Le numéro de téléphone indiqué sur Expedia ne répond pas.
L'équipe Expedia a essayé de contacter se numéro de téléphone sans succès. Nous avons passé plus de 2 heures à attendre à la porte sans savoir où nous allions dormir.
Heureusement l'équipe Expedia a réussi à nous reloger dans un autre hôtel .
