The apartment features a living/dining room with a television and an exit leading to a balcony. There is one room with two beds and one double bedroom. The kitchen is situated in the entrance and comes equipped with a dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, and a microwave.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment offers various amenities for your convenience during your vacation. It has a shower, bidet, and toilet. The property is equipped with heating and air conditioning systems, although the heating is available only from October 20th to May 20th. You can enjoy the balcony area, which includes terrace furniture and a sitting area. The unit also provides a washing machine, an iron, and complimentary Wi-Fi internet access. Additionally, a garage at the house is available for your use.

Sunlake offers a beautiful view of the town from the apartment. Please note that this is a non-smoking property, ensuring a comfortable environment for all guests.
