The property, "Da Lisa," encompasses a semi-detached, renovated house with two stories and amenities such as a swimming pool, yard, internet Wi-Fi, parking, and an EV charging station. Immerse yourself in the tranquil setting while enjoying contemporary comforts.  
  
Outdoors  
The property boasts a spacious, fenced outdoor area of 700 square meters, providing ample space for leisure activities. Relax by the above-ground swimming pool, measuring 3 by 5 meters with a depth ranging from 120 to 120 cm, available seasonally from April 12 to October 28. Enhance your poolside experience with a shower/WC area, a terrace spanning 100 square meters, and a designated barbecue area complete with garden furniture. Children can revel in the playground, just an example of the family-friendly atmosphere.

You will be staying in a 4-room house that spans across two levels and has a total area of 110 square meters. The property has been fully renovated in 2024, featuring beautiful and modern furnishings. On the ground floor, there is a living/dining room with a dining table and an exit leading to the terrace. Additionally, there is one room equipped with a double sofa bed and a TV, along with an exit to the garden. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine, and it also has an exit to the terrace. The ground floor also has a shower room with a bidet and toilet. Both the ground and upper floors are fitted with electric heating and air-conditioning systems.  
  
Amenities Included  
The vacation property offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. These include air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue area, a dishwasher, and a television. The maximum capacity of the property is six guests, and it features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The property is pet-friendly, allowing a maximum of two small pets or dogs.

The upper floor of the property comprises one double bedroom with a TV and another double bedroom with two beds. There is also a gallery area accessible by a ladder. The upper floor has its own shower room with a bidet and toilet, as well as electric heating and air-conditioning systems.
