La Dimora nel Parco is located in the center of the town of Rio Marina, once known for being a land of miners rich in iron ore. Even today, the glitter of hematite, a black mining dust, characterizes the whole town and the beaches. Interesting are the excursions that take place in the mines, by bike or by jeep.
With a short walk from the apartment you can reach the Torre beach, the Spiazzi promenade where you can spend pleasant moments of relaxation, and numerous restaurants, bars, shops and services. At a short distance, about 10 minutes by car, you can reach the two beaches of the Rio Marina mining district, such as Topinetti and Calaseregola. Rio Marina is the ideal village for a quiet holiday with all the comforts available.

La Dimora nel Parco is a three-room apartment located on the first floor of a building with an independent entrance. It is composed of a living room which leads to the sitting room with sofa and TV, kitchen, double bedroom with third bed (pouf bed), twin bedroom (without air conditioning). Two bathrooms, one with shower. Small outdoor area.
