We stayed here for a week in mid July, and it was a very nice experience. The place was very clean and presented as in the photos. Large kitchen with table, and a comfortable sitting area separate from the nice TV / bonus room, which is upstairs. There were five of us for about half the time, and it was very pleasant. Nice quiet neighborhood. We found a few nice places to eat in Rio Dell. We didn't have time to use the hot tub, but it looked very inviting. Pros: The house is beautiful and very clean. The grounds are very pretty. The kitchen has everything you can think of. The house is located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood with fresh air, and beautiful views of the forest and Eel river from the backyard. Very close to the Avenue of Giants, Ferndale, and Eureka. We didn’t use hot tub, so cannot tell you anything about it. Cons: There is no “communal” TV on a first floor. There is a nice den upstairs with entertainment and TV, however, if you have anyone with mobility issues you would not be able to get there. You should also know that the house has several steps to the entrance and no railing. No wheelchair access either. However, we didn’t let it spoil our vacation, and worked around it with my elderly father. ##### Yelena W. I mean this house was amazing. It is very close to the coast, redwoods, quaint little towns, and a ton of very nice people. Book here for sure. You will not be disappointed. ##### Matthew G.
