Friendly staff. Good location. Clean. The biggest problem is the blinking lights on the smoke detector in the rooms. It's hard to get to sleep with those lights.

The rooms are decent size, but the hotel looks old and has a stale smell. The bedsheets had stains, the towels were dirty and smelled awful. ( only one large and one small towel was given) Asked for clean ones and received the same- full of stains and with a bad odour. The shower tiles were dirty, the toilet wasn't cleaned ( had to wipe the seat before using it)

Estacionamento grande, vizinho do shopping (2 min andando), limpeza do quarto boa, roupas de camas e toalhas boas, café da manhã bom, ar condicionado bom, silencioso por conta das janelas anti ruído. Academia boa. Vale mto a pena! Única coisa que funcionou precariamente foi a Internet (conectava, mas caía toda hora., velocidade baixíssima). TV com poucos canais e imagem ruim.

Desde a chegada, a recepção foi cordial e eficiente, com funcionários atenciosos e dispostos a ajudar em todas as solicitações. O check-in ocorreu de maneira rápida e organizada, o que já proporcionou uma boa primeira impressão. As instalações do hotel são bem cuidadas e transmitem sensação de conforto, com áreas comuns limpas, decoração agradável e ambientes que favorecem o descanso. O quarto atendeu plenamente às expectativas, oferecendo espaço adequado, cama confortável, roupas de cama limpas e de boa qualidade, além de um sistema de climatização eficiente. O banheiro, por sua vez, estava higienizado, contava com chuveiro de boa pressão e amenidades suficientes para uma estadia tranquila. O café da manhã foi um dos pontos altos, com boa variedade de itens, incluindo opções de pães, frutas, sucos e pratos quentes. A reposição era constante e o atendimento da equipe do restaurante também se destacou.
