"Excellent staff, very helpful. Good location. But if you want to relax at night then the mattresses are very uncomfortable,old and sinking in. The staff tried to change my room but the other room also had old mattresses may be 20 years old. Toiletries are very few so better to carry own. Cleanliness was ok. No kettle or microwave, 1cup hotwater is $5\. "

"We are a senior couple. We have stayed at the Windsor Copa Hotel over 20 times. Besides its excellent location, which is well-known, the hotel also boasts very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean, and the meals are delicious. The hotel is 150 meters from Copacabana Beach, yet it's half the price of hotels on the first line. We'll be going again in March 2026\. We've already booked our stay."
