Beach Front Chill

Beautiful spot with extra friendly staff and visitors. Quiet and tranquil and right on the beach. I would absolutely stay again.

Gostamos muito dos ambientes comuns. Café da manhã excelente e todos foram muito cordiais. Nos cederam travesseiros a mais. Duas observações apenas para a pia do quarto que é muito estreita, não dá pra usar sem derramar água e o sinal de Wi-Fi que não estava bom. Nada que nos impeça de voltar 😀

A pousada é linda e bem cuidada, fica na beira da praia, o atendimento foi ótimo, todos foram muito prestativos, piscina limpinha, local tranquilo, quarto e cama confortáveis e café da manhã bom. Itens que poderiam melhorar: limpeza do banheiro poderia ser feita todos os dias, trocar tampa do vaso para uma mais confortável, as opções indicadas pelo hotel para pedir comida na região fecham em alguns dias da semana.

A pousada é cômoda, mas tudo em Maricá é muito longe. O problema é que, além do café da manhã, não há nenhuma opção de refeição no hotel ou nas proximidades (é preciso andar meia hora de carro para achar um restaurante). Há a possibilidade de pedir comida, mas a entrega demora cerca de uma hora. Uma experiência um pouco difícil...

Péssimo atendimento aos hóspedes

Reservei um quarto para 2 pessoas no hotel para duas noites, de sexta a domingo. Segundo o site, o check in pode acontecer entre 15 e 22h. Por volta das 14h, uma funcionária mandou mensagem para confirmar nosso check in. Confirmamos e ela perguntou que horas iríamos chegar. Dissemos que ainda não sabíamos, pois estávamos em um evento em outra cidade. Ela insistiu (muito), perguntando se seria depois das 17h e dissemos que sim. Queria que definíssemos um horário, o que, no momento, não era possível. Ela então disse para ligarmos quando chegássemos, mesmo que dentro do horário descrito no site. Achei inconveniente. No dia seguinte, saímos da pousada antes das 5h da manhã para o evento. Retornamos por volta das 13h para descansar, mas as funcionárias presentes ficaram numa conversa em som alto na área da recepção, o que impossibilitou nosso descanso (o quarto ficava atrás do balcão da recepção- quarto número 1) Para piorar, pedimos a reposição da toalha (as que usamos no dia anterior não secaram por falta de ventilação), mas a funcionária (que sequer nos cumprimentou) disse que não poderia, pois eles só arrumam o quarto e trocam toalhas a cada dois dias (o que seria após a nossa saída). O quarto que pegamos era pequeno, cheio de marcas de infiltração e pintura descascando. A área externa da pousada é boa, mas o hotel é muito mal gerido.

Bom custo benefício

O diferencial da Pousada é que ela fica de frente para a praia com os pés na areia. Com uma vista muito bonita. Tudo bem limpo e cuidado. Somente o café da manhã que podia ser mais caprichado. O quarto que ficamos é bem espaçoso. Voltaremos em breve.

O estabelecimento não possui recepção ou qualquer outra forma de auxílio no período noturno, logo caso o cliente tenha algum problema a noite não terá qualquer apoio para resolver. O ar-condicionado do quarto que ocupei parou de funcionar a noite e acabei passando uma noite extremamente desagradável pois nem a alternativa de um ventilador era possível. Fui deslocado para um quarto de qualidade inferior e nem um desconto me foi oferecido.
