The master bedroom is located on the top level with a private bathroom, balcony, and ocean views. There are eight bedrooms and one sofa bed. The house is immaculate and easy to live in. There 5.5 large bathrooms, 3 full kitchen, with seating for 12 in the Big House. Spacious, with plenty of ventilation from the trade winds and all rooms, have ceiling fans and A/C. Panoramic Ocean Views everywhere you turn! Located in the heart of Puntas, Casa Piña has fantastic panoramic ocean views. Everyone who stays here comes back again and again. The house has terrific vibes and is easy to live in. It is also walking distance to Pool's Beach and the Sandy Beach vicinity. Please inquire about renting the entire property! It is the perfect location for groups, traveling families, or retreats! It is equipped with high-speed wireless internet, making it the perfect place for working individuals who are looking to "check out and in" on a tropical getaway! The house also Amazon Fire Sticks for streaming and a phone with unlimited minutes. Laundry access is available. Extra cleaning services available at request and for a cost. The private back deck off the living space boasts breathtaking views of the ocean and mountains of Rincon. It is equipped with deck chairs, dining table, and BBQ. Also a great space for activities such as massages and yoga! Pleasant, with all sorts of authentic Puerto Rican touches! The ocean views and sunsets are amazing! As homeowners, we love walking our dogs down to Pool's Beach. It is a short 10-minute walk down the hill. If the waves are firing, it can be one of the most advanced breaks on the North Side of Rincon. However, on smaller days it is always fun to paddle out near the Spanish Walls and catch some funs ones! Great for Paddle Boarding on Flat Days and has entrances to hiking around the Spanish Wall and Domes Trail. Take in all the serene and authentic beauty of the West Side of Puerto Rico in the Puntas neighborhood at Casa Pina. We are within walking distance of all North Rincon's best eats and surf spots including Casa Verde, Tamboo, R2Happiness Rentals, Jake's Java, and Mango Beach Shop! Casa Pina's location will make your vacation a fantastic one. It's an "Old School" neighborhood in the heart of Puntas, Rincon, surrounded by the communities love for Surf and Puerto Rican Culture! Taxis are readily available. However, we do HIGHLY suggest you rent a car for the most convenience. There are a few locals who are Uber Drives, but it is not as reliable as in the States.
